In the years leading up to construction, we will invest in programs to help grow diverse workers and businesses. We will also provide the opportunity to build experience and capacity along the way through connections to other projects.

We will launch a workforce development program to recruit, train and prepare diverse workers for the jobs and long-term careers created by the arena, beginning years in advance of opening.

We will participate in entrepreneurship programs to help support the growth of diverse businesses that will provide key arena services such as merchandise, food/beverage or security.

Our commitment to a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) that is endorsed by community stakeholders will outline how we ensure the project is a win for surrounding neighborhoods.
